Lifetime Mortgages - Do I Qualify?
Not everyone will qualify for a Lifetime Mortgage however if you can answer positively to a few basic questions, you will almost certainly qualify.

There are certain industry standard rules and regulations which are laid down by the EQUITY RELEASE COUNCIL (Formally known as SHIP) which both your financial adviser and you must adhere to, and only if you do will you be able to release the equity in your home tax free.

 

Do I Qualify for Lifetime Mortgages?
Can you answer positively to these questions?

Are you (and anyone else on your property deeds) 55 years of age or older?
Do you own your own home?
Is your home worth over £75,000?
